Candy Bouquet FAQs

Candy Bouquet Products, Your Store, and Your Territory

Vendor Discounts

One of the key benefits for Candy Bouquet franchisees is leveraging resources and negotiating power with key vendors. Because of our large numbers of franchisees and the length of time in business, Candy Bouquet International, Inc. has negotiated special pricing with some of the top ranked vendors in the industry. Our purchasing power enables us to enjoy discounts that are far deeper than independents could hope for. All this helps give you a competitive advantage.

Your Store and Your Territory

Q. Can I be a home based franchise? Is this my territory?

Yes. Many of our best franchises started as home based franchises. You may want to remain home based forever or eventually get into a retail store. Many franchisees stay home for a few months, learn how to perfect their bouquets, get corporate accounts and then begin looking for just the right spot! This can also give you the opportunity to start without spending a lot of money on your overhead. The franchise fees are still based on the size of your territory. Your territory must include your home because that is your store location. You can still choose the size of your territory, starting from $3900 and up.

The exclusive geographic territory for your franchise is determined by zip code. Exclusive territories are determined by zip codes in populated areas. In smaller communities, the territories are determined by the city, county, or province. We also have a process for determining International territories. You will want to call our corporate offices so we can look up the U.S. Census Bureau or International statistics for you.

Q. How big should my retail store be? Where should my store be located?

A retail location can be anywhere from 250 - 2,500 square feet. Mall carts and Kiosks are also good, seasonally. Store locations are excellent in high foot traffic areas where there is plenty of parking. Locations should be near other gift stores or florists.
